We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to add to our team.

    Responsibilities

    Incumbent plans, directs and cooordinates activities of the Nutrition/Food Service Department to provide dietetic services for all customer groups; establishes policies and procedures to provide  directiion for menu formation, food preparation, distribution and service, budgeting, purchasing, sanitation standards, safety practices, staffing and staff development.  Culinary Ability. Creativity. Collaborates with customers. Menu Planning . Set up /Breakdown of events.     Qualifications

    5 years experience as an Executive Chef preferred. Culinary degree preferred. Restaurant and healthcare experience a plus. Good customer service skills, friendliness, and willingness to work hard are a must.
