We are looking for an experienced Facilities Tech to add to our team.


  • Position Summary:           
    • Ethics/Confidentiality/Integrity – Customer Service oriented is a MUST. Communicate with our customers politely, timely & effectively.
      • Interacting with hospital personnel to ensure proper communication between Facilities Staff and other departments as to status of work orders and requests.


  • Ownership/Pride – Prioritize, accurate work and successful completion of assigned work.
    • Being proactive and fixing things when you see them.
    • Pay attention to the details.
    • Daily assignment of rounds, work orders, preventative maintenance assignments and other work.
    • Assigned responsibilities may vary.  Performs routine and preventative maintenance on facility equipment. 
    • Performs emergency repairs as needed. 
    • Is responsible for the operation of facility equipment in accordance with the manufacturers O & M manuals and department specific policies and procedures.


  • Safety Awareness – report all & any incidents promptly & timely.
    • Practice safety is a habit to be ingrained in your daily duties. See a spill clean it up.
    • Practice good Lifting safety/habits
    • Knowledgeable of policies & procedures.


  • Communication – everyone is our customer and is treated with respect.

    • Organized & maintain clean areas routinely

  • High School or GED, college and/or CHFM is preferred
  • Good verbal and written command of the English language
  • Ability to read and write clear, concise, complete reports, logs and paperwork
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings & controls
  • 3-5 years healthcare experience is required
  • Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Painting, etc required
  • Great customer service awareness
  • Continuum/Andover Controls – knowledge preferred
