We are looking for an experienced Lean Operations Consultant to add to our team.


Work Hours/ Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Position is for a Temporary Engagement but potential for full time employment


Guides project teams in conducting performance improvement and process redesign projects using appropriate
analytic and facilitation techniques as the situation requires. Ensures projects have defined objectives and
measureable outcomes associated with it.

Function as a subject matter expert in change management and improvement/design; actively participate in the development and deployment of training materials specific to these areas. Act as a mentor/partner with colleagues and entity leaders.

Apply specialized skill set for accelerated change and waste reduction, utilizing CAP/WorkOut, to accomplish entity goals around opportunities for improvement


Minimum Experience Required:
3-5 years experience leading organizational change, Project Management, Change Management, Performance/Process Improvement
3 years progressive project management experience in healthcare preferred

Minimum Licensure/Certifications Preferred:
SSLP - Six Sigma Lean Professional
PMP - Project Management Professional Certification upon hire
SSBBC - Six Sigma Black Belt Certification within 18 months

Minimum Required Skills:
Demonstrate advanced leadership, communication, analytical and decision making skills on a consistent basis in order to effectively lead teams through the entire project life cycle.
